Tax season is here and the United Way is partnering with H&R Block and tax professionals to offer FREE preparation and filing services!
Orange County households that earned less than $60,000 in 2018 can qualify for free assistance in preparing and filing their state and federal taxes through an Orange County United Way program.
Certified Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program volunteers will be available at two Irvine locations to walk you through the process of filing your taxes, along with helping you to find tax credits. For example, if your household earned less than $55,000 in 2018, you may be eligible to receive anywhere from $200 to more than $6,000 through the California Earned Income Tax Credit (CalEITC) and federal EITC.
You must make an appointment (no walk-ins will be accepted), so call today to schedule your FREE consultation.
