The Irvine Police Department offers an E-Commerce Exchange Zone at police headquarters (located at 1 Civic Center Plaza) to provide residents with a safe way to exchange goods purchased and/or sold over the Internet.
The E-Commerce Exchange parking spots are under 24-hour video surveillance by the police.
They are well lit and marked with signs in the first row of parking spots closest to the building.
