Irvine Nonprofit Week

by ICNV Staff

From September 30th thru October 4th, the City will be hosting Irvine Nonprofit Week, which will celebrate local nonprofits and the positive impact they make in our community. This event will provide opportunities for professionals and volunteers from local nonprofit organizations serving the Irvine community to network with one another.

On Tuesday (September 30th) from 4-6pm, there will be an opening reception at The Pools Clubhouse & Veranda in the Great Park Neighborhoods (located at 120 Newington). The featured speaker will be Lindsey Spindle, President of Samueli Family Philanthropies. To learn more about the networking reception, view the flier here.

On Wednesday (October 1st) from 8:45am until 11:30am, the City will host a networking conference at City Hall (1 Civic Center Plaza). Participants will gain insights from industry leaders as they examine critical issues through panel discussions on affordable housing, food security, sustainability, behavioral health, alternative funding solutions, services for individuals with special needs, and early education.

On Saturday (October 4th) from 9am until 1pm, the City will host the Healthy Living Expo & Community Resource Fair at City Hall (1 Civic Center Plaza). Exhibitors will be sharing information and resources that support the health and wellness of community members at every age and stage of life.
