During the last three months of 2020, the Irvine-based product design company, Esino, donated 10,400 masks and personal protective equipment (PPE) products to support frontline workers.
Even though the pandemic has hurt our local businesses, companies like Esino are continuing to do their part to make sure frontline workers have the products they need to do their job and stay safe.
Staff at nursing homes must change their masks every 4 hours. That means they go through hundreds of masks each week. Organizations are not only experiencing a shortage of masks but also other PPE products such as gloves, disinfectant wipes, and sanitizer. Esino has donated to nursing homes, schools, and medical centers across the country.
Locally, Esino has donated to the Life IVF Center in Irvine, Jserra High School in San Juan Capistrano, Agape Congregate Living in Placentia, and Memorial Care Orange Coast Medical Center in Fountain Valley.
