It’s summer, which is a terrific time to get outdoors and enjoy the magnificent natural beauty that surrounds our City.
To keep everyone safe, trails within the City of Irvine Open Space Preserve have been temporarily converted to one-way use.
Bommer Meadow, Nature Loop, and Bommer Pass trails currently have a one-way direction heading south from the Bommer Canyon Trailhead, with a return route on Bommer Canyon Road.
Quail Hill Loop is one-way only in the clockwise direction. Signage is posted on each of the trails to keep us all moving in the right direction.
Don’t forget to keep a mask with you, just in case you run into others while out hiking.
