The City’s One Irvine program is designed to support homeowners and strengthen entire neighborhoods by investing in the places we call home. One Irvine offers grants and loans that help with everything from repairs and aesthetic improvements to energy-efficiency and sustainable upgrades.
If your house or condo was built in 1980 or earlier, you may be eligible for a “Green Home Grant” up to $1,500 or a home improvement loan up to $25,000.
Homeowners can be awarded up to $25,000 for larger-scale projects. These loans, repaid upon sale or transfer of the property, are designed for projects related to critical repairs or sustainability — including solar panels. Funding is limited and applications will be accepted until funding is exhausted.
