“Elections belong to the people. It’s their decision. If they decide to turn their back on the fire and burn their behinds, then they will just have to sit on their blisters.”
– Abraham Lincoln
This quote by Lincoln is neither pithy nor famous. Nevertheless, it contains wisdom that is worthy of our consideration.
As voters, we will reap the consequences of our actions. I urge each and every voter to vote their entire ballot — including each of the statewide propositions and each of the local races in our fair city. Never forget that your right to vote is precious. Use it wisely.
