The November 6th City election will determine whether Irvine’s current pro-developer City Council majority, led by Mayor Donald Wagner, will remain in power; or whether a new pro-resident majority — led by challenger Ed Pope, who chaired the NO on B campaign — will be elected.
Who Are YOU Supporting?
Only three candidates on the November ballot publicly stood up to developer FivePoint by leading the “NO on B” effort: Ed Pope, Frank McGill and Jaci Woods. All other candidates for Mayor and City Council either supported FivePoint’s June 5th ballot Measure B or they refused to publicly speak out against it.
