Take our Irvine Community Poll!

Even after 63% of Irvine voters rejected Measure B, making it clear they want the original Great Park Veterans Cemetery site, Mayor Wagner and Councilmembers Fox and Shea rejected a motion that would have started construction immediately.

Instead, they ordered new studies for completely different Veterans Cemetery sites that will delay construction indefinitely. That action leaves the original Great Park site available for the Council to later hand over to mega-developer FivePoint for massive development projects.

Mayor Wagner can be voted out in November, but Councilmembers Fox and Shea won’t be on the ballot until 2020.

A citizen-led grassroots effort is being organized to recall and remove Fox and Shea from office.

What Do YOU Think?

Should Councilmembers Melissa Fox and Christina Shea be recalled and removed from office in a special recall election?
