Grown-up Tip: Postpartum depression usually sets in soon after childbirth and develops gradually. In some cases, it can come on suddenly months after baby’s arrival. Educate yourself on the signs and symptoms to look out for and don’t be afraid to reach out to other mothers for understanding and support. Make an appointment with your primary care doctor immediately if you have thoughts of suicide or fear that you may hurt your child. There is no shame in seeking out the care and support that you need to be the healthy and happy mom that your child deserves.
RSVP: Register Here max 100
Fee: $10 per adult with preregistration or $12 at the door, infants and Pretend City Members are FREE!
